Last year, we continued to invest and make improvements to the Grove so the value of our resort residences grows together with the resort’s popularity among domestic and foreign buyers. We recently opened the 6,300 square-foot Flip Flop’s Family Fun Center to capture the hearts of young children and adults alike. This followed the launch of our Surfari Water Park, which features twisting tube slides, a lazy river, kids’ activity pool, and FlowRider Double surf simulator.

Here at The Grove we have had a fantastic year.  We have reached the halfway point in terms of sales, our $20 million water park has opened along with many other amenities, and our occupancy continues to increase impressively.
