A Taste of Southern Europe in Orlando – August 2017

Coming soon, another landmark at The Grove Residences as Valencia, our full-service, 3-meal a day restaurant opens its doors to residents and guests. This versatile, family friendly eatery will specialize in a combination of Southern European Cuisines (Spanish, French and Italian) and is sure to become a fast favorite with Grove residents.

Headed up by acclaimed Executive Chef Antonio Estremera, The Valencia will be the culinary centerpiece of the property. Residents will have a full spread breakfast buffet every morning just steps from their door. On weekdays, they can enjoy a variety of dinner buffets offering the restaurant’s southern European specialties along with continental classics. The eatery will also serve up specialty buffets, family-style dinners as well as a la carte, brick oven pizza, flatbreads and delicious desserts.

Executive Chef Antonio Estremera will be heading up all aspects of culinary operations at Valencia. His world-renowned abilities and his wide-ranging experiences offer residents an exceptional culinary opportunity. He initially learned his trade in his home city of Lima, Peru where he honed his skills in his native countries’ fresh seafood and ceviche specialties. His expertise later earned him the position of Executive Chef at Gloria Estefan’s Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa in Vero Beach, Florida. For the past 14 years, Chef Estremera has served as executive chef at exclusive Benchmark properties across the country.

Once opened, The Valencia will be the crowning culinary achievement at the property and resort management is eager to add this incredible restaurant to its exciting list of amenities and offerings at The Grove.
