Orlando’s The Grove Resort & Waterpark Appoints Dominic Pickering Sales Director
Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners is excited to announce that Dominic Pickering has joined the real estate investment and development firm as the Director of Sales for The Grove Resort & Waterpark west of Walt Disney World. In this role, he will oversee sales of the luxury vacation home resort in Orlando. Pickering is an experienced real estate professional who has held leadership positions in numerous highly-respected companies in the real estate industry over the last 15 years. He has led sales teams encompassing all aspects of real estate sales, including vacation homes and investment homes, and primary homes. He has also worked closely with developers, new home builders, mortgage companies and property managers.

Prior to joining BTI Partners, Pickering served as the President of Realty People, which followed his positions as President VillaDirect’s Real Estate Direct, Director of Sales at ORB International, and Director of International Sales and Marketing at Park Square Homes.
The Grove, which is opening in phases, will consist of 878 condo residences when the third tower is completed next year. The building will consist of 293 condo residences scheduled to start sales in Summer 2019. The Grove is close to selling out the 293 condo residences in the ‘Marquis Tower’, which opened in March 2018. The 292 condo residences in the ‘Premiere Tower’, which opened in early 2017, have already sold out. In over a year, BTI Partners has closed more than $120 million in sales.
The luxury condos range from 1,250 square feet to 1,550 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000’s to the mid $400,000’s. The residences include access to three swimming pools, an onsite spa, fitness center, high-end restaurant, large-scale grab-and-go market with seating, lakefront pier for watersports, three bars and lounges, and a children’s art and game room.
