The Grove Adds Seasoned Sales Team Members in Orlando and Brazil
Our The Grove Resort & Water Park family continues to grow to better serve our buyers. We are thrilled to have Mark Simo and Rodolfo Milanez join our sales team in Orlando and Brazil respectively.
Previously with KB Home and Lennar Corp., Mark is our new sales executive. He brings over 13 years of experience in real estate working with clients from the United States and 38 other countries. In recent years, he helped Lennar develop a program to focus on international vacation home buyers.
“It is important to me to escort clients through the complicated real estate process in the U.S. from start to finish,” Mark said. “They often need assistance finding financing solutions, establishing an LLC to buy a property, finding the right accountant or even with currency exchanges. My team and I are always there to provide solutions.”
Mark is no stranger to the magic of Orlando, having worked for Walt Disney World for nearly fifteen years as a sous chef. He is well acquainted with the value that Disney brings to the area’s real estate, as well as its impact on central Florida and the world. When he is not busy assisting buyers in our on-site sales gallery, you can find Mark and his family at Hollywood Studios. He has always had an affinity for the golden age of Hollywood, and especially enjoys the music, the studio’s architecture and the romantic themes.
We are also excited to introduce Rodolfo Milanez, our new sales director for the Brazilian market based in São Paulo. Rodolfo will be traveling across Brazil to support and advise clients in each step of the buying process. This support will include helping with money transfers, connecting clients to US accountants and mortgage brokers, and making the process as comfortable and easy as possible.
Rodolfo, who brings over 10 years of experience with sales and management, most recently acted as sales manager for Magic Development in Central Florida. He is committed to turning his clients’ dreams of owning a vacation home so close to Disney World into a reality.
“The Grove’s state-of-the-art amenities and family-friendly lifestyle bring tremendous value to our vacation homes for Brazilian buyers. Owners can enjoy these perks themselves or place their suite in a hotel program to be managed by a professional hospitality firm,” Rodolfo said. “My clients in Brazil have been looking for an opportunity like this. Orlando is a magical place that receives more than 72 million visitors a year and continues to grow.”
Rodolfo’s favorite parks in Disney World are Animal Kingdom and Epcot. However, his five-year-old daughter often persuades him to go to Magic Kingdom to meet the princesses. He also loves to come to Orlando to go shopping and enjoy everything that the city has to offer.
